Obituary
The late Jack Hisashi Fujita, 71-year-old Brawley, California-born Sansei resident of La Puente, passed away peacefully at home on April 10, 2011.
A public visitation will be held on Saturday, April 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Montebello Plymouth Congregational Church, 144 S. Greenwood Ave., Montebello, CA 90640. A memorial service will immediately follow at 10:00 a.m. The family respectfully requests that flowers be omitted. Casual attire may be worn.
Mr. Fujita is survived by his siblings Joyce (Hiromi) Ariue, Richard (Martha) Fujita of Arkansas, Ben (Carol) Fujita, Tom (Sachiko) Fujita of Hawaii, Edwin (June) Fujita, Nancy (Ronald) Nitta, Grace (Gary) Sawka, and Mary (Leighton) Horio. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Hawaii.
