Itsuo Azeka, age 76, born in Kauai, HI, resident of Manhattan Beach, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 28, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Kazuko Azeka, siblings, Hiroshi Azeka, Ayame (Kats) Katsumoto and Clifford Azeka all of Hawaii and survived by many nieces, nephew and other relatives here and in Hawaii.

Private funeral was held on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Rev. Shumyo Kojima of Sotoshu Daihonzan Hokubei Betsuin Zenshuji officiating.
