OTSUKI ISAWO "EASY", 80, long time resident of Long Beach, and recently a resident of Alta Loma, passed away on May 1. He is the beloved father of Cindi (Don) Chittenden and Candy (Andy) Hubbard; grandfather of 4; brother of Hideo Otsuki, Isami Otsuki and Fumiko Okamoto; brother-in-law of Maye Otsuki and uncle of many.
