Isao Hatakeyama, 103-year-old, resident of Los Angeles passed away peacefully on August 25, 2021 at his residence.

He was predeceased by his wife, Hanae Hatakeyama.  He is survived by his daughter, Mariko Elaine (Ray Satoru) Fukumoto; son, Bruce Haruhiko Hatakeyama; grandchildren, Kelly Midori (Huy) Nguyen and Brady Masami (Lutetia) Fukumoto; sister-in-law, Misao Hatakeyama; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral service was held on Saturday, September 11 at Los Angeles Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.
