Funeral services for the late Isamu Tom Nakashima, 85-year-old Sacramento-born Nisei and resident of Moorpark who passed away on December 27 at Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks, will be held on Saturday, January 7, from 7 p.m. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. 1st St., L.A., under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

He is survived by his wife, Yuriko Nakashima ; son, Dennis Isao Nakashima; grandsons, Dean Yuichi, Derek Koji and James Akira Nakashima; brothers, Tsutomu (Eiko) and Toshio (Kazuko) Nakashima of Japan; sister, Sunae (Sumito) Nagata, also of Japan; and other relatives.
