Obituary
Memorial services for the late Irene Kaoru Futa, will be held on
Saturday, June 16, 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Altadena, 2775 N. Lincoln Ave., Altadena, 91001. She was Nisei, born in Riverside, and passed away peacefully at age 96 on May 15th at her Pasadena home, with family by her side.
Family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in her
memory to: First Presbyterian Church of Altadena.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Joyce Futa, Dorothy
Kirkland, Amy (Stephen Horn) Futa; son, Walter (Sharon) Futa;
grandchildren, John Hiroshi Henderson, Gina Kirkland, Bartman Horn and Janelle Futa; great-granddaughter, Reiko Thomas; also many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
