KURIYAMA, Hoover Mamoru (78) passed away on April 19th at his residence in Torrance. Beloved husband of May Kimiye Kuriyama; father of Jerry Stephen (Roya) Kuriyama, Susan Diane (David) Carrasco, Steve Michael (Donna) Kuriyama, Lester Craig Kuriyama, Kelly Ann (Luis) Chaves, Daniel Hoover (Sharon) Kuriyama; grandfather of twelve; great grandfather of one; brother of Kay Shishido, Inez (Fred) Tanaka, and Minoru (Edna) Kuriyama; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 26, 10:30am at Faith United Methodist Church 2115 W. 182nd St., Torrance. Family requests that flowers be omitted please.
