Memorial services for the late Mr. Hitoshi Uchida, an 81-year-old, Japan-born resident of Gardena who passed away on November 28, 2013 were held privately at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" officiated by Rev. Koho Takata of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.



Mr. Uchida is survived by his beloved wife, Tomoko. Devoted father of Masaru (Yukie) Uchida, Kaoru (Yuriko) Uchida of New York, and Atsushi (Asako) Uchida of Japan. Proud grandfather of Jun, Gou and Ririka. Also survived by many other family members both here and in Japan.
