Hisako Yamanaka, 87, of Los Angeles died peacefully at home on Thursday, September 20, 2012. She is survived by beloved daughter, Gail, her sister, Mariko Shiraga, brother-in-law, Ted (Sayoko) Yamanaka and nieces and nephews. She is also pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Ben and her son, Gregory.
A service will be held on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012 from 2:00 PM at the West Los Angeles Buddhist Temple, 2003 Corinth Ave., CA 90025. Casual attire.
