Obituary
MR. HIROSHI SAKAI, 89, Terminal Island, CA born Nisei resident of Gardena, passed away peacefully on June 11, at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his loving family: wife, Kasumi Sakai; daughter, Yoshie Carrie Sakai; sister, Tama Inabu and many nieces, nephews and relatives.
Private family funeral services were held on June 19, at Green Hills Memorial Park with Rev. Shumyo Kojima of Zenshuji Soto Mission officiating.
He is survived by his loving family: wife, Kasumi Sakai; daughter, Yoshie Carrie Sakai; sister, Tama Inabu and many nieces, nephews and relatives.
