Hiroshi Hori, 99, of Los Angeles and formerly of Chicago passed away peacefully on March 5, 2019 with family at his side.  He was predeceased by wife June and is survived by daughter Patricia (Ken) Tadano, siblings Rieko Yoshikawa, Takeko Ishiyama, Yasuo (Kyoko) Hori, and by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.  No service was held per his request.
