Funeral services for the late Mrs. Hiroko Yamagata, 84year-old Hiroshima-ken born resident of Los Angeles and the owner of Aoi Restaurant in Little Tokyo for 37 years, who passed away on April 15, 2018, will be held on Saturday, May 5th, 1:30 p.m. at the Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 East 3 ^rd Street, Los Angeles, California.

She is survived her daughters, Mika Yamagata (Paul Franklin) Iden and Misaki (Dennis Kazuo) Maeda; grandchildren, Emily Hitomi, Connor Hideki and Nicholas Naoki Maeda, and Zachary Yamagata Iden; sister, Grace Katsuko Maruyama; also survived by many other relatives in Japan.
