Obituary

HIRAM HISAKATSU OHTA, 84, Honolulu, HI born Nisei, Veteran of the US Army, resident of Venice, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2018.

He is survived by his loving family; wife, Joan Ohta; son, Arthur (Brande) Ohta; daughter, Leah Ohta and son, Brian (Andrea) Ohta of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Simon, Maddy, Kaiya and Peter; nephew, Mark Kamimura; brother, Thaddeus (Beatrice) Ohta; sisters, Hannah Hayashi, Kathryn (Melvin) Seki and Yasuko Kamimura; also survived by many relatives.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 6, at 11:00AM at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 E. 3 ^rd St., Los Angeles.
