Funeral service for Hideko Maruyama, 93-year-old, El Centro born resident of Los Angeles who passed away on January 3, 2017 at her residence, will be held on Saturday, January 14 at 1:00 PM at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. 1 ^st St., Los Angeles, CA.  She is survived by her daughters, Carol Chieko Maruyama and Susan Keiko (Michael Gibbs) Maruyama; grandchildren, Lindsey Hiroko Horowitz and Kevin Masakazu Gibbs; many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Hawaii and Japan.
