Celebration of life service for the late Dr. Henry K. Hashioka, O.D., 98-year-old, Fowler, CA born resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on April 3, 2017, will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2:30 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" 707 E. Temple St. in Los Angeles.

He is survived by his wife, May S. Hashioka; sons, David and Stanley Hashioka; daughter, Barbara Hashioka; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
