Obituary
Funeral service for HENRY HIDEMITSU FUKUNAGA, 82, a Kagoshima born Issei and resident of Northridge who passed away on December 18 at the South Bay Keiro Nursing Home after a prolonged illness, will be held on Monday, December 28, 1PM at the Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 East 3rd St., L.A.
He is survived by his wife, Yori; son, Johnny Osamu (Cheryl Shojinaga) Fukunaga; daughters, Pamela Sayuri (Jonathan) Fukumoto and Cathy Hiromi (Mark) Fukunaga Suyetsugu; grandchildren, Jennifer and Emma Fukunaga, Matthew and Kate Suyetsugu and Cary and Sarah Fukui; brothers, Hideyuki (Kimiko) and Toshimitsu (Noriko) Fukunaga; sisters, Echi (Minoru) Kawaji and Sachi Ogura; sisters-in-law, Takeko and Sueko Fukunaga both of Japan and other relatives here and in Japan.
