UMEKUBO,HELEN CHIYOKO, age 88 passed away on December 26.
Beloved mother of Mary Anne ( partner, Kent Cox) Umekubo, Wendy Lynn (Leonard) Takahashi, and Mark Stephen (Denni) Umekubo; grandmother of Jason Koshiro and Brandon Kesato Takahashi, Matthew Shoji and Nicole Chiyoko Umekubo;
sister of Thomas Masato (Yaye), and Richard "Babe" (Mary) Karasawa; sister-in-law of Fumi Karasawa; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and overseas.
Public funeral services will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 11:00 A.M. at Green Hills Memorial Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave, R.P.V. California 90275.
