Helen Michiko Takata, age 92, long time Crenshaw area resident of Los Angeles, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 20, 2012. She is predeceased by her husband, Roy Akira Takata, survived by her beloved daughter, Ryoko ( Lawrence Potter ) Takata; grandchildren, Kathryn Potter and Glenn Potter; niece, Vivian Matsushige and many other relatives.
Public Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, April 3, from 10:30 a.m. at Koyasan Buddhist Temple, 342 E. First St., Los Angeles, CA
