HELEN NAGAKO OZAKI passed away on May 1 at the age of 81 after leading a full and remarkably active life. The beloved wife of the late Junji Ozaki, M.D. will be dearly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Adachi; sons, Dr. Robert (Phyllis) and Richard (Katherine) Ozaki; 7 grandchildren, sister Kiyoko (Ken) Hedani of San Francisco; sister-in-law, Shiz Kamiya and other relatives.

A private service was held on Sat., May 13 at Fukui Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating.
