Funeral services for the late Helen Mie Nishimura, 89-year-old, Florin, CA born resident of Monterey Park, who passed away on January 20, 2016, will be held on Saturday, February 13, 1:00 P.M. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple 815 E. First St. in Los Angeles.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Sakaye Nishimura and her brother, Takao Kow; she is survived by her loving daughters, Linda (Stephen) Murata, Joyce (Ron) Eguchi and Debbie (Craig) Takenaka; grandchildren, Stephanie (Kyle) Tanabe, Courtney and Lindsay Murata, Marc (Nicole), Marcia and Michael Eguchi, and Sera and Tara Takenaka; siblings, Morio Kow and Kuniye Odama; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
