MRS. HAZEL MIYAGI, 86, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2018.

She is survived by her loving family: husband, Genji Miyagi; son, Stace Miyagi; brother, Roy (Jean) Kato; sisters, Florence (Larry) Tanaka of Florida and Grace (Roy) Yokomura of Hawaii; also survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives.

Public visitation will be held on Saturday, December 8 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, CA.  The family requests casual attire.

In lieu of flowers or koden the family requests that donations be made to your favorite charitable organization.
