Private family funeral services for Hatsuo Tommy Kato 72-year-old resident of Los Angeles who passed away on April 26, 2010 at White Memorial Medical Center, were held on Friday, May 7 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel" with a minister from Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Kato; sons, Bobby (Mary Ellen) and Gary (Beverly) Lenk; brothers, Jim and George Kato; sisters, Mary (Ron) Oishi and Tomiko (Al) Layman; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
