Obituary
MRS. HARUYE SAKAMOTO, 90, Terminal Island, CA born Nisei, resident of Gardena, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 17, 2015.
She is survived by her loving family: daughters, Elaine Sakamoto and May (Byron) Nishiyama; son, Dave (Jeannie) Sakamoto; granddaughter, Lauren Sakamoto and sister, Harumi Yamashita; many nephews, nieces and relatives.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6, at 11:00AM at Gardena Valley Baptist Church, 1630 W. 158th St., Gardena, with Pastor Glenn Hirashiki of Maranatha Chapel officiating.
