Haruko Morikawa, 99-year-old, New Castle-born, resident of Monterey Park peacefully passed away at her residence on September 28th. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Hideo Morikawa; She is survived by her loving family; daughters, Maryann Morikawa (Gary) Fukushima, Kelly(Will) Kwong and Sarah (Ken) Sumida; grandchildren, Nolan Fukushima, Kimi and Jamie Kwong, Miani, Kian and Brianne Sumida; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral service was held at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, Reverend William Briones officiating.
