Mary Harue Imada (86) was born in Seattle and passed away peacefully in her West Los Angeles home on Monday, November 11, 2013. Her passing is preceded by her husband Eugene Hideo Imada. Mary is survived by her children, Leonard (Gwen), Richard (Joyce), Bessie (Gary) Teraoka and Bill; five grandchildren, Stephanie (Brent) Wimmer, Randy (Kim), Lindsey, Kevin and Courtney; two great-grandchildren, Sean and Christopher Wimmer; her brother, Dr. Tom T. (Akiko) Maeda of Gardena, Calif., and brother-in-law, Ben Tsutomu (Mariko) Imada and sister-in-law Aiko Imada, both of Weiser, Idaho; and, many cousins, nieces and nephews. Private memorial services were held on Saturday, November 23, 2013, at the West Los Angeles Buddhist Temple, officiated by Rev. Fumiaki Usuki and under the supervision and direction of Fukui Mortuary.
