Private services for the late Mrs. Haru Rose Koyama, 96, were held on Tuesday, August 13 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Father Richard Hoynes of St. Francis Xavier Chapel officiating. She passed away on August 4, 2013 at Keiro Nursing Home in Los Angeles.

She is survived by her children: Arthur (Naomi) Koyama and Joan Koyama; granddaughters, Amy and Monica Koyama; also survived by sister-in-laws Mitsie Yanari, Mikki Toshima and Belen Koyama; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
