Memorial services for the late Mr. Harry Yamamoto, a 91-year-old, California-born Nisei resident of La Mirada and U.S. Army Veteran who passed away on February 16, 2012. Services will be held on Monday, March 5, 2012, 11:00 AM at the Japanese American National Museum - George & Sakaye Aratani Central Hall, 369 E. First St., Los Angeles, CA 90012 officiated by Director Hiroaki Higaki of Sukyo Mahikari.


Mr. Yamamoto is survived by his wife, of Betty Yoneko Yamamoto; son, Dennis Yamamoto (wife Joyce Anne); grandchildren, Denise Akemi Andrews (husband Scott) and Darrin Akira Yamamoto (fiancé Maritza Valladares); great-grandson, Tyler Scott Andrews. Also survived by many other relatives.
