Obituary
MR. HARRY T. MIYAHIRA, AKA Harry T. Higa, 80, Honolulu, HI born Sansei, US Army Veteran, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2013.
He is survived by his loving family; wife, Nerry N. Miyahira; daughters, Polly (John) Veatch, Bekky Miyahira and Juddy (James) Dunagan; 6 grandchildren; brother, Melvin (Jaclyn) Higa; sisters, Shirley (James) Asato, Ann (Robert) Creen and Dilys (George) Sunabe, also survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 28, from 12:00PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Hollywood "Old North Church", 6300 Forest Lawn Dr., Los Angeles, with Rev. Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating.
The family requests casual aloha attire and in lieu of flowers, please make donations to your favorite charitable organization.
