QUAN, HAROLD, age 83 passed away on January 27, 2014. His loving wife predeceased him in 2003 after 56 years of marriage. He was a dedicated civil servant, devoted husband, proud father and beloved grandfather. Survived by Von (Roberta Schwartz) Quan, Glenn (Hilda Weintraub) Quan, Sharon (David) Tomita, Bryan Quan, Baldwin (Barbara) Quan, Margaret Quan of WA; and nine outstanding and caring grandchildren."
