Private funeral services for the late Mrs. Hamayo "Mary" Tamaki, 97 year-old Nebraska born Nisei and long-time resident of Los Angeles who passed away peacefully on October 20, 2016 were held on Friday, November 4 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Rev. Clifford Ishigaki officiating.

She is survived by her loving family; Alyce (Gary) Tanouye and Nadine (Ed) Takei; grandchildren, Robert Tanouye, Ryan and Taylor Takei; sisters, Otome Horita and Esther Arakaki; brother, Ben (Miyoko) Kawahata; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
