Funeral for DR. GLENDON MASAYOSHI SHIMIZU, 47, a Los Angeles born Sansei and resident of Irvine who passed away suddenly on October 13 at the UC San Diego Medical Center, will be held on Monday,  October 20, 7:30PM at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 East 1st Street, L.A., under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.   He is survived by his wife, Kyoko; mother, Takemi; sisters, Janet (Fiance Chris Taga) Shimizu, Carol Shimizu and Jean (Tom) O'Malley; nieces. Erin and Kelly O'Malley, mother-in-law, Nobuko Matsui of Japan and brother-in-law, Rou (Maki) Matsui of Japan.
