TANAKA, Gerald "Jerry" Minoru (76) Passed away peacefully on July 8, 2015.
He is survived by his loving family; wife, Nancy Tanaka; daughter, Stephanie (David) Chang; son, Jay (Rhonda) Tanaka; grandchildren, Cole Chang, Justin, Sean and Jacob Tanaka; brothers, Frank of AZ and Tad (Eva) Tanaka of No. CA; sisters, Merijane (Ronald) Chalmers of TX and Sally (Al) Takata of No. CA.; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Per Jerry's wishes no services will be held.
