MR. GEORGE S. TAKEMOTO, 91, Florin, CA born Nisei, resident of Murrieta passed away peacefully on February 21, 2015.
He is survived by his loving family: wife, Florence Takemoto; son, David Takemoto; daughters, Carol Takemoto, Keiko (David) Usui, Miki (Ted) Masumoto and Karen Takemoto; step-son, Leslie Doi; step-daughter, Sandra (Rod) Lau; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Yeiko Imamura, also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives here and in Japan.
He is predeceased by his loving son, Glenn Takemoto.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 6, at 11:00AM at Green Hills Memorial Park "Chapel", 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes with Rimban William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
