GEORGE H. HIGA, 80, Molokai, HI born Nisei, resident of Torrance, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2020.

He is survived by his loving family: wife, Pauline Higa; son, Shane (Gail) Higa; granddaughter, Amanda Higa; brother, Jack (Kay) Higa of HI; sisters, Toshiko Higa of HI and Gail Jo of OR; and many nieces, nephews and relatives.

Private family services were held at Fukui Mortuary on Saturday, January 16, 2021 with Rev. Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating.
