Gen Okada, 47-year old, born Yokohama in Japan, resident of Torrance, CA passed away unexpected on October 16, 2012. He is survived by beloved wife, Rina Terai Okada; mother, Yaeko Okada of Japan; sibling, Miho Shiga and Mika Okada both of Japan, He is also survived by many other relatives in Japan.
