Funeral Services for the late Mrs. Fumiko Uyeki, a 90-year-old Manhattan Beach, California-born Nisei and long-time resident of San Gabriel, who passed away peacefully on February 15, 2015 will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2015 3:00 PM at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" officiated by Rimban William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.



Beloved mother of Hiroko Julie (Bob) Otake and Janice Junko (Trey) Sawyer; proud grandmother of Bryan (Christine) Otake, Keri (Joshua) Kira, Danielle and Chaz Sawyer; devoted great-grandmother of 5 great-grandchildren; loving sister of Emiko Nitta, Minoru (Mieko) Taguchi and Michiko Murakami; sister in law of Harue Ueki, Toshie Uyeda, and Hitoshi (Noriko) Uyeki, and survived by many other family members.
