Funeral services for the late Dr. Fred Mock, PharmD, 66-year-old, San Jose, CA native, resident of Arcadia, who passed away on April 28, 2021, will be held on Saturday, May 29, 1 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary 707 E. Temple St. in Los Angeles.

UC Berkeley '76 and USC School of Pharmacy '81 alumnus.

He is survived by his wife, Stacy Tsunawaki Mock; daughters, Kelly, Katie and Kristi Mock; siblings, Dr. Larry (Suzie) Mock, Cindy (Tom) Hayano, Dr. Tony (Jane) Mock, Sharon (Vellen) Babcock, and Ben (Kim) Mock; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
