Obituary
MR. FRED TADASHI SHINGU, 89, Yuba, CA born Nisei, resident of Monterey Park, passed away peacefully at his residence on November 7, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Masako Shingu; sons, Alvin and Glenn (Hiroko Nagaoka) Shingu; daughter, Vickie (David) Tanabe; grandsons, Bryan and Blake Tanabe; also survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 24 from 7:00PM at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. 1st St., Los Angeles.
The family requests, in lieu of koden or flowers, donations can be made to the Japanese American National Museum or your favorite charitable organization.
