A private family service for the late Dr. Fred Shoichi Miyazaki, 87 year-old Los Angeles born Nisei resident of Arleta, CA who passed away peacefully on September 13th was held on Saturday, September 20th at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Rev. Roland Hazama of Crossway Church of San Fernando Valley officiating.

He is survived by his loving family; wife: Sue Miyazaki; children: Dr. Brian (Sharlene) Miyazaki, Dr. Lisa (Scott Isara) Miyazaki and Dr. Doug (Beverly) Miyazaki; grandchildren: Lacey, Danielle, Michael, Noah, Whitney and Ryan Miyazaki; Blake Isara; siblings: Haru Yamasaki and Dr. Hideo (Yoriko) Machikawa; brother-in-law Dr. Asa Hieshima, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
