Memorial service for FRED ICHIRO KIMURA, 96, a Gardena born Nisei and resident of Los Angeles who passed away at the Arcadia Methodist Hospital on March 9, will be held on Saturday, March 29, 1:00PM at Fukui Mortuary Chapel, 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, with a minister from Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to the Hollywood Japanese Cultural Institute, 3929 Middleburry St., Los Angeles, Ca 90004.

He is survived by his wife, Yoshiko; son, Bruce Kenichi (Lorraine Lee) Kimura; grandchildren, Bryan Lee and Kristin Akemi Kimura; brother, Shigemi Kimura of Japan and many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
