Frances Kondo, 81 years old, longtime resident of Palos Verdes Peninsula, passed away on February 23, 2021. She was a dedicated mother who devoted her life to raising her three children, and a loving grandmother who cherished her four wonderful grandchildren. As an elementary school teacher for 26 years, she connected deeply with her students and their families. She had a passion for traveling, theater, art museums, music, and cuisine, and was at her happiest when spending time with family and her many dear friends. Frances will be lovingly remembered for her outgoing personality, heartfelt laugh, and love for life. At her request, no service will be held.
