Florence Yasuko (Abe) Morimizu (83) was born in Los Angeles on May 8, 1924 and passed away on October 18, 2007 from a degenerative neurological condition. Florence was predeceased by a loving husband, Hiroshi Morimizu and sister, Frances Iwakoshi. She was a loving mother to Alan, Fred, Dale (Michael) Gorman, Joanne (Stewart) Tagami and Daniel Morimizu; grandmother to Megan and Tim Gorman and Brett Tagami; sister to Victor (Esther) Abe, Lewis (Deana) Abe, Benjamin (Evelyn) Abe; also survived by many family members and friends. Always a positive person, the word "CAN'T" was not in her vocabulary. Our mother enjoyed experiencing new things, trying new foods, making new friends wherever she went, and always encouraged us to do the same. She will be missed by all.
