EMIKO YUJIRI, beloved wife of Toshio Yujiri, founder of Amy's Pastries in Montebello, California, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2025, at almost 102 years of age.  She worked tirelessly side-by-side with Toshio in their bakery, leading the sales area, while also caring for her family needs at home.  She will always be remembered as a generous and caring wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her children Mikio Larry and wife, Kim, Ayako Gayle and husband, Paul Nagasawa, grandchildren Patrick, Kyla, Lani, Kristyn and husband Louis, and Jeffrey, and numerous nieces, nephews and relatives.

A private family funeral service was held February 21, 2025, at Fukui Mortuary in Los Angeles.
