Funeral service for the late Mrs. Emiko Sasaki, 93 year-old, Nisei resident of Monterey Park who passed away on February 12 will be held on Saturday, February 23, 7:00 PM at Los Angeles Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St., Los Angeles.
She is survived by her loving family; children, Clifford, Gary (Denise), Eddie, Lester (Tammy) Sasaki; grandchildren, Candice Katayama, Wayne, Chad (Trisha), Greg (Kaori Hashimoto), Randy, Jason, Kim, Kassie, Alexa, Kortney, Madysen and Lee Sasaki; great-grandchild, Tad Sasaki; siblings, Roy (Bette) Yoshimura, Cherry Ishimatsu, Harold (Masako) Yoshimura, Helen (Howard) Takata and Bill (Thelma) Yoshimura; sisters-in law, Midori and Elsie Yoshimura; brother-in-law, Frank Kawasaki; Emiko is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
