Memorial service for the late Emi Matsuda Hazama, 92-year-old, CA born resident of Sylmar, who passed away on February 19, 2014, will be held on Saturday, March 8, 11:00 A.M. at San Fernando Valley Holiness Church (aka Crossway Church) 9610 Haddon Ave., Pacoima, CA 91333.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Katsuyoshi Hazama and her brother, Yutaka Matt Matsuda; she is survived by children, Karen Naomi, Roland (Pattie) and Cheryl Hazama; granddaughters, Kerri (Josh) Rider and Kristi Hazama; siblings, Lily Okamura and John Matsuda; sister-in-law, Fuji Matsuda; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family kindly requests flowers be omitted.
