Funeral services for the late Mrs. Elsie Setsuko Kurata, an 85-year-old, Denair, California-born Nisei resident of Los Angeles who peacefully passed away on June 14 will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St., Los Angeles, CA. The family requests casual attire for the service.



Mrs. Kurata survived by her husband, Shigeyuki Jim; siblings, Calvin (Carol) and Edna Furukawa, both of California and Adel Furukawa of TX. Also survived by many other relatives.
