Ellen Takeko Oda, 86-year old Maui, Hawaii born resident of Torrance, CA passed away peacefully on November 2. Predeceased by her husband Harold, she is survived by her children Marianne (Harold) Higa, Bernie (Ali) Alejandro, Cathy (Chie Wan) Poon and Clarine (Dennis) Hirouji; grandchildren Brandon Higa, Carissa (Mikey) Holley, Charles and Chad Poon; also survived by several siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held on November 15th 11:00 AM at St. Catherine Laboure Church, 3846 Redondo Beach Blvd, Torrance, CA, 90504. Casual/Hawaiian attire is welcome. Private burial will follow.
