Elaine Jaberg, age 81, passed away on October 12, 2026, in Whittier, California.

She was born April 20, 1945, in Chicago, Illinois, to Roy Masato Koga and Chiyeko (Kuwahara) Koga.

In 1970 she moved to California where she met her husband, Gary Jaberg. They were wed in Las Vegas on March 29, 1975. In the 1990’s, they moved to Fond du Lac, WI which had been their home for over thirty years. Gary passed away on November 7, 2025. They were married fifty years. Elaine had recently returned to California.

Surviving her are her step-daughter Danielle Jaberg, sister Nancy Koga and Karen Arzoumanian and niece Fayth Koga; brother-in-law Larry Arzoumanian, sister-in-law Carol Tohulka, and brother-in-law Alan Jaberg,

During their long years of marriage, Elaine and Gary were loving pet parents to many dogs and cats. Elaine’s beloved dog Buster also survives her and is in the care of her sister.
