Funeral service for the late Eiko Tanaka, 88-year-old, JA born resident of Monterey Park, who passed away on April 10, 2012, were held on Sunday, April 15, at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple in Los Angeles.

She is survived by her husband, James M. Tanaka; daughters, Doris J. Tanaka and Elaine (Steven) Jackson; grandsons, Barrett and Kyle Jackson; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives in Japan.
