Eiko Amy Okamura, a Los Angeles-born resident of Culver City, CA passed away on June 24, 2025 at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center.

She had a passion for helping others, and worked at the West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation, a non-profit organization that offers housing and social services to low-income families.

Eiko was preceded in death by her loving parents, Tsuneo and Hideko Okamura. She is survived by her sister Hitomi Heidi Okamura, brother-in-law Kevin Fitzgerald, and nephew Connor Kai Fitzgerald of Brookline, MA, as well as many other relatives and friends.

A private family burial was held at Evergreen Cemetery
